You agree to use the service:

• In accordance with these Terms

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

1. Registration: To access premium features, you need to create an account with a valid email address
2. Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information

Premium Plans

   • 500 queries (total for 3 months)
   • Priority customer support

2. Enterprise Plan: $12.99 per year

   • 1,500 queries per year
   • Additional features including batch upload and export

Credit Usage

• Each food query (text or image) consumes 1 credit
• Credits expire according to your plan terms
• Unused credits do not roll over

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content provided through HowLongFresh, including but not limited to:

• Food database information
• AI models and algorithms
• Website design and interface
• Logo and branding

Is protected by copyright and owned by HowLongFresh or its licensors.

User Content

• You retain ownership of any images you upload
• By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for food identification
• We do not store uploaded images beyond the processing period

Data Sources

Our food information is derived from:

• USDA FoodKeeper database
• StillTasty database
• Other authoritative food safety sources

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape or harvest data from our service
• Reverse engineer our AI models
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Upload inappropriate or offensive images
• Attempt to bypass credit limitations
• Share account credentials
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Misrepresent food safety information obtained from our service

Disclaimer and Limitations

IMPORTANT: HowLongFresh provides general guidelines based on typical storage conditions. Actual shelf life may vary based on:

Payment Terms

Billing

Refunds

Termination
